We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this beautiful home. The space was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in right away. The accommodations were great for our family, and we really appreciated the overall layout and amenities.The host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay, which we really valued. When we flagged a couple of minor maintenance issues, they were quick to acknowledge and coordinate support, which made us feel well taken care of.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we’re grateful for the hospitality. We would absolutely consider staying here again and recommend the property to others.

Wow, as soon as you walk in the door! Very open and spacious, modern and clean with plenty of privacy. Well equipped kitchen with really nice glassware, both glass and plastic for the pool area, much appreciated! Plenty of pool and beach accessories to go along with the fabulous pool. We enjoyed morning and afternoon swims in the very serene setting. Sunsets from the upper deck, cocktails on the pool deck or outdoor dining space, what more could you ask for? Easy access to the resort area and beaches. Bocobay was very responsive to our couple of requests as well as they messaged me occasionally during our stay to make sure everything was fine and to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

From the booking process until checkout, this was an amazing experience. Hands down, top tier with ZERO complaints. Bocobay was extremely responsive, helpful, informative and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. No matter what we asked, we received a response and or additional assistance. Beyond the A1 customer service, the home was amazing, and was exactly as the photos on Vrbo. They even went above and beyond by having everything you could imagine in the home for our use from pool toys, beach chairs, sunscreen, multiple seasonings in the kitchen, various appliances, even lighters for the candles. They even had a representative come over and make sure we knew how to work everything, answer questions and just make sure we were good. I will forever use Bocobay for any of my vacation stays, wherever offered.

The property was beautiful with just a few minor adjustments it would be perfect. I would def stay again. Positive: Beautiful accommodations. Open floor plan with pool and 4 bedrooms. I love that there were 3 bathrooms, so everyone had their own bathroom. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and spices for cooking. I felt safe with the fence around the property and the alarm system. I loved the amount of tv’s and the comfort of the couch inside and outside. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. Negative: There were quite a few ants outside that kept biting us that also made their way to the inside. They were found in the bed in two of the bedrooms. I think an extermination from time to time would be recommended. Also the outside patio was pretty dirty and could use sweeping and mopping. This may also help with the ant problem. The air fryer wasn’t working for fries and we didn’t know how to get the oven lit. We did call to inquire about the oven, but when we returned from being out, there was a lighter left on the stove without instructions. It would have been helpful to know how to lite the oven since this id not how we use our oven in the states. More instructions about where to put the garbage would have also been helpful. We asked the gardener while he was there.
