Positive: The property is in a great location, near shopping and the beach! The apartment as very spacious and fully equipped for a family to stay. The staff does an excellent job at keeping the building clean and the apartment ready for your arrival. I highly recommend!

Hermoso departamento! Positive: El departamento es increíble, tiene absolutamente todo lo que te imagines! Espacioso, lujoso, cómodo, con muchos accesorios para ir a la playa (hasta un gazebo super útil). La ubicación es esplendida, bajás y estás en Palm Beach. Negative: Tuvimos 2 problemas importantes con los accesos: 1. Al llegar NO estaban las llaves en la caja de seguridad que habíamos coordinado (nos demoró bastante más el ingreso y eso que llegamos de NOCHE). 2. Nunca nos dieron (en toda la estadía) el control para el estacionamiento. -> Eso hizo que a veces no quiera usar el auto porque tenía que pagar un extra y no me sentía cómodo con eso.

Great location and new installations Positive: Location and everything is new Negative: Only gave us 1 set of keys, we were 5-7 persons. It was better if they would’ve given us 2 sets of keys

This place was wonderful. The place was clean, fully furnished, modern, well stocked, and had great communication by the host. Everything we needed, they were very prompt at responding and delivering. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. This condo is also in an amazing location near so many things to do. Would absolutely stay here again when coming back to Aruba!!

The Condo is just a short walk from restaurants, beach bars, beaches, and the Jolly Pirate Ship excursion. The condo was clean and well equipped. Had 2 small coolers, 6 beach chairs, and float type beach chairs. Only thing it could have used was kitchen wash cloth and towels. We had 3 couples staying in the condo and we never felt cramped. We had 2 cars so it was a little hard with only one parking lot card to get in and out but we were able to get a fab for access to the building for each couple. Definitely worth the stay. Pool is really small but we never used it. Views from the roof are spectacular.
